The traditional principals of Pilates are adapted to water creating a low impact workout which uses water resistance & noodles to challenge stability, increase core strength & improve balance, flexibility & posture. Loose yourself in the calming music, whilst you strengthen your body from the inside out.
I run Boot Camps several times a year in blocks of 4 weeks. These military style sessions combine cardio, strength training and interval training to create a fun and challenging workout. Feel part of a team & build your strength, stamina & overall fitness.
