The Method -Soulful Fitness Fusion

Transform your mind body & soul with this dynamic fusion that seamlessly blends elements of  Pilates, Body Sculpt & Power Yoga to enhance core strength, flexibility & mindfulness. Set to a motivating playlist to enrich your practice with rhythm & flow, the music energises the workout, helping you to engage more deeply & improve coordination as you sculpt & tone your whole body. This class will help you connect body & mind, leaving you feeling revitalised & centred.

Yoga 
Power & Flow 

This class is a dynamic yoga fusion, blending powerful and calming breathwork, with the movement of Vinyasa and the stillness of  Yin to ignite vitality and dissolve stress. 
This practice uses your own body weight to build core strength and improve balance, flexibility and stamina, helping you to connect the body & mind on a deeper level, leaving you feeling revitalised, calm and centred.
 

Yin & Restorative Yoga & Meditation

This is a powerful practice for both physical and mental health. This slow and gentle form of yoga is the perfect complement to a hectic, fast paced life or to high energy workouts. Yin yoga uses gentle poses which are held for longer durations to alleviate tension, improve flexibility, stretch and heal connective tissue,  enhance breath and body awareness, build discipline, self compassion and develop mindfulness. As you learn to draw your awareness inwards and surrender into the vastness of your own mind, it is then that the magic happens.
 

Pilates
 Sculpt

The Traditional elements of Pilates have been adapted to create a low impact strength training method that focusses on precision &  control to challenge stability, increase core strength & improve balance, flexibility & posture. Loose yourself in the calming music, whilst you strengthen your body from the inside out.

Cardio Combat

Cardio Combat is a high energy martial arts inspired whole body workout that builds superior fitness & core strength. This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning,  cardio and plyometric training moves to improve cardio fitness, strength,  tone muscles, burn calories, release stress and improve coordination

Body Pump

This is a  high energy fast-paced full body  workout which combines weight-based and bodyweight exercises to strengthen, shape and tone your whole body, increase core strength and improve bone health. The motivating music drives you to work harder, burning more calories so that you see the results faster!

Circuit Training

This is a body conditioning  class which incorporates endurance training, resistance & strength training with high intensity intervals by moving round a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups. Whatever your fitness level, you can work through the stations at your own pace. A motivational soundtrack will drive you to work harder, burning more calories so that you see results faster.

Spin & Vibe Cycle 

Ride to the beat of the music! This is a fun, high energy  indoor cycle class where movement & music fuse to create a motivational full body workout on a static bike. By incorporating sprints, hill climbs, resistance intervals & upper body exercises, you will build lean body mass & boost matabolism as you burn calories fast!

Dance & Tone

This fun & high energy class is for those who love to party! I will take the "work" out of workout, with easy to follow moves. You burn calories as you dance away your stress, whilst the the toning sticks add extra resistance to sculpt and define the muscles, targeting the arms, core and lower body. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, come and join the dance fitness party.

Aqua-Pilates

The traditional principals of Pilates are adapted to water creating a low impact workout which uses water resistance & noodles to challenge stability, increase core strength & improve balance, flexibility & posture. Loose yourself in the calming music, whilst you strengthen your body from the inside out.

 

Aqua Dance

This fun & high energy class is for those who love to party! I will takes the "work" out of workout, using the resistance of the water and easy to follow moves so you burn calories as you dance away your stress, whilst the water dumbbells add extra resistance to sculpt and define the muscles, targeting the arms, core and lower body. Suitable for all  fitness levels, come and join the aqua-dance fitness party.

Deep Water Pump

This is a fun motivational & high energy class. Whilst wearing floatation belts and using the resistance of the water coupled with water dumbbells, you are burning calories as you build strength, muscle and improve your overall fitness with this full body workout. The support of the water removes any impact on the joints, greatly reducing the risk of injury, whilst the feeling of weightlessness not only relieves stress but gives an enormous sense of wellbeing..

Boot Camps

I run Boot Camps several times a year in blocks of 4 weeks.  These military style sessions combine cardio, strength training and interval training to create  a fun and challenging workout. Feel part of a team & build your strength, stamina & overall  fitness.
